This 1997-vintage Glenrothes single malt was matured in a pair of hogsheads for 21 years, before being bottled in February 2019 by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. A light, sweet whisky, it has notes of honey, ginger and green apples throughout the palate.
