Description

A Single Vintage Limited Edition with 12 years of aging using the traditional method. Each batch is composed of barrels from the same vintage that previously aged Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez, carefully selected.

Tasting Notes:

In appearance, it displays a medium-high amber color, clean, bright. High density, abundant and thin tears, slow legs.

On the nose, you can detect notes of molasses, red fruits, hints of citrus fruits, cocoa powder, coffee caramel, and fresh almonds.

On the palate, it starts smoothly, slightly sweet with notes of wood and red fruits, followed by subtle hints of sarsaparilla, orange peel, and prunes. Discreet minerality. With great smoothness and body, it delivers an intense, round, and perfect finish.
